Judicial Branch of Government
The Judicial Branch is made up of the following:
The Supreme Court of Justice
The Courts of Appeal
&
The District Courts
It's main responsibility is to interpret laws--deciphering the exact meaning of each law and using that knowledge to better apply to society and government.
It can restrict the Executive branch by using the aforementioned knowledge and declaring presidential acts unconstitutional as well as restricting the Legislative branch by declaring laws unconstitutional (by using the same knowledge).
